You'll receive an easy-to-follow how-to instructional email delivered to your inbox each month along with a list of all of the essential tools needed (don't worry, most likely you'll already have the tools needed in your home or you'll find them easily).

• How often will I receive a subscription box?

  Of course! Just supply the recipient’s name and email when filling out the order in the notes section. We will make sure to add the recipient's email to our dedicated mailing list. No price information is included in the monthly emails.

  No. The "My Creative Year" is built to be a process of a year, however, for whatever reason you can decide to unsubscribe at any time, keep reading to find out the details. 
  
  
• How do I update my email address?
  Please contact us at contact@inchiostroandpaper.com if you need to update your email address. All updates must be made before the 15th of the month prior to receiving your next email. 
  
  
• When will I be billed?
  Upon signing up, your credit card/paypal will be authorized for the monthly payment. You will then be charged the same amount (as a nonrefundable purchase).
  
  
• Do you accept returns?
  No. This is a digital product, therefore we do not accept returns. 
  
  
• What is the cancellation policy?
  Subscriptions are considered annual and automatically renew. If you'd like to cancel your Subscription, you must do so before the 15th of the month prior to receiving your next email. Otherwise, you will be billed for the next project. There are no cancellation fees. We do not place "holds" or "skips" on subscriptions. You cancel your subscription by contacting us at contact@inchiostroandpaper.com.
