Problems with your order?
Once you have placed an order on our site you will see a confirmation screen containing the order number, followed by a confirmation email to the email address provided in the payment section. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam folder before contacting us. If you have not received anything, please contact us exclusively by email: contact@inchiostroandpaper.com including your contact details and order number. We will not respond to requests relating to logistics / orders on our social media channels.
